Refunds and Bad Weather Disclaimer
As a small charity our policy is that we do not usually provide refunds for tickets cancelled by customers. We are dependent on our earned income to provide stable financial support to our charitable outcomes and activities.
For orders of merchandise, please get in touch using the contact information on your order confirmation regarding any request for cancellations, refunds, exchanges or other enquiries.
What about bad weather?
We will not cancel a performance for bad weather unless this is recommended for health and safety. Therefore, no requests for refunds or return of tickets will be accepted for this reason.
We try to have back-up plans with each venue in the event of bad weather and will communicate with our audiences should the need arise.
What if the performance has to be cancelled?
We will refund all tickets in the event that we are unable to provide the performance. These refunds will be processed as soon as we are able to once a cancellation notice has been sent.
What about exchanges?
An exchange of tickets for a different performance may be given at the company’s discretion. A request for exchange should be made with good notice in order to allow our small team the time to accommodate your request. Please use the contact information on your order confirmation to get in touch.
