Membership

Our Troupers are lovers of theatre, performance and enterprise who want to see high standards in the dramatic arts flourish throughout the UK.

There is no wealthy backer here, and ticket sales cover only half the cost of our work. Every penny donated each year by our wonderful supporters means we can continue to develop, support and create new stories for forgotten and hidden places.

By becoming part of our Troupe, you get to enjoy exclusive benefits - all while helping us bring new people and new communities to wonderful theatres and heritage spaces.

Creative Opportunities

We usually put out casting calls for all our productions. At the minute all casting is closed. We will soon start casting for our Winter 2023 and Summer 2024 productions, for which we provide will link on this page and advertise on social media.

  • Become a Patron (Troubadour level)

    The highest level of membership. Help us grow and create with a monthly payment of £125.

    In return we will acknowledge you by name in our annual report, on programmes and on our website. You will be invited to chat with the team after the shows, attend closed rehearsals and other special events, and receive our Troupe newsletter.

    You will also get first access to book tickets for our events.

  • Become a Patron (Jongleur level)

    The second level of membership. For £62.50 per month, we will acknowledge your support in our annual report and on our programmes. You will receive second priority access to book for our events, be invited to chat with the team after the show and get access to our Troupe newsletter.

  • Become a Friend (Goliard level)

    The third level of membership. Join the Troupe for £25 per month and receive third priority booking of events. We will acknowledge your support in our annual report and programmes, and receive our Troupe newsletter with news and future plans.

  • Become a Friend (Gleeman level)

    The forth level of membership, giving you forth level of priority to booking our events. You also receive access to our Troupe newsletter and an acknowledgement of your support in our annual report. Help us grow with a monthly payment of £12.50.

Make a donation to Troubadour Stageworks to bring new performances to unique venues for everyone.

Your money will go towards our core costs, such as keeping our website running and paying our team and our actors; towards keeping our costs for children's tickets and school workshops low; towards improving our performances and letting us reach out to historic houses and churches to bring them new audiences.
